Join us for an amazing night of artistic expression, laughter, and relaxation at the “Sip, Sip, Create” community education course hosted by the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana in collaboration with the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council on November 16 at 5:00 p.m.

The course fee is only $50 per person, and you can find us at the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council, located at 200 East Division Street in Hope.
