Enter your best chili and join the Texarkana Homeless Coalition for a night of awareness and fun! Dressed in your best 1980’s outfit
Funds raised through this event sponsored by Texarkana Homeless Coalition will be used to coordinate homeless services, fund scholarships, and for educational opportunities.
