Great news! The 2019-2010 Winter forecast for most of Texas is pleasant. For those not living in Texas, the map shows the coldest weather is forecast in the upper midwest, the northeast, and in Canada.
It’s what the Farmer’s Almanac does, and it’s pretty good at it. What type of winter do you think we are going to have? I remember seeing my Grandfather read Almanac – always thought it was Folklore Forecasting.
