Today when we learned that former President Jimmy Carter has opted to move to hospice care, according to a statement from his foundation. The 98-year-old longest living President in American history recently had a series of short hospital stays. He now wants to spend his remaining time at home with his family. President Carter and his 95-year-old wife Rosalynn live in Plains, Georgia. They celebrated their 76th wedding anniversary last July.
