It’s a Tradition…the Four States Fair Parade…Downtown Texarkana. This year the parade will be Sat. Sept. 14 starting at 10 am beginning on East Broad Street, traveling to State Line Avenue and then north to Post Office.
As always it’s totally free. Just make plans to come to downtown Texarkana early enough to get a good spot to watch. There will be Floats of all kinds, local high school bands, horses, and lots of fun and surprises for the whole family.
