Learn more about the founding of the United States, with the Texas Bar Association and Texas A & M University–Texarkana in a virtual seminar to be held Monday, June 29th, and Tuesday, June 30th. The seminar is free to all participants.

As part of the State Bar’s professional development series, the “Founding
Documents” covers how to teach about the U.S. founding. The workshops review
America’s prominent founding documents, history, and ideas. It provides
participants the chance to work with well-established scholars to learn about the
founding period. Scholars will cover several topics, including the Declaration of
Independence, the Federalist and Anti-Federalist debate, and the text of the
Constitution.
