I wear a fitness tracker that supposedly tracks my sleep…Light, Deep, REM, and Awake.
I have been amazed at how little I seem to spend in Deep Sleep or REM sleep according to the tracker app.
I remember dreaming a lot when I was younger. Now that I’m older it seems I dream very little. Maybe if I slept more than 4 hours a night I would have more dreams to remember?
