Its very hot right now, but the seasons will soon be changing.
Texas A&M University-Texarkana and the Bowie County Master Gardeners will present a program titled “Fall Container Gardening” on Monday, August 12th . The class will take place in University Center room 326 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The featured speaker for the program will be Master Gardener Cheryl Turner. Container gardens are a great way to enjoy seasonal plants. The program will highlight when to plant fall containers, which plants are better suited for sun or shade, and discuss some unusual companions for container gardens.
