This week, we mourn the passing of one of our brothers in blue. John Cochran served the citizens of Texarkana, Arkansas, for 21 years, both as a patrolman and a detective with the Criminal Investigation Division. John was a wonderful man who was always there for his fellow officers if they needed help or provided laughter if the day was filled with stress. Although John had recently retired from the agency, there are many of us here that still remember the fun and laughter he would bring to work with him each day. He will be missed.
