It’s almost time for the Annual event in August every year in New Boston, Texas.
This year’s Festival will be August 11-19th with all kinds of family fun, musical entertainment, food, carnival rides, and games, of course, the Pioneer Days Rodeo.
The fun starts with the Rodeo on both Friday and Saturday nights, the 11th and 12th. A Street Dance featuring Philip Osburn & Living Proof will follow the Saturday night rodeo.
Sunday, August 13th, will be highlighted by a Gospel Concert with Marlon Sharp & Cowboys at the Cross.
Monday night, August 14th, there will be a concert by the Tejas Brothers.
Tuesday night, August 15th, will be R&B night with a concert from 24/7.
Wednesday night, August 16th, will feature a Cornhole Tournament and music from Lane Bricker.
Thursday night, August 17th, will be an Eagles Tribute Band Desperado.
Friday night, August 18th will be music from Josh Ward.
Finally Saturday night, August 19th will be concerts all day starting at 10:45 starting with the Shelton Band, followed by Paul Holder and the Hot Snakes, Trophy Husband, Music Country USA, and then this year’s headliner, T. Graham Brown, will take the stage around 8:30 p.m.
In addition, there will be a Treasure Hunt on Monday the 14th, and the carnival runs from the 16th through the 19th.
There will be Food Trucks present throughout the Festival.
