WAYDE BURTON LAND was captured in Austin TX on 7-17-2023. He is in the Travis County Jail and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Fail to Identify as a Fugitive, Hold for Other Agency, and the Escape Charge out of our Agency. His Bond has not been set.
JC Lee Kirby, white male, dob-9-12-1984, 5’10” 165lbs, brown hair, blue eyes is still being sought.

On 7-7-2023 at approximately 3:05am, two inmates escaped from the Bi State Jail located at 100 N. State Line Avenue Texarkana, TX. Their escape was discovered during a jail count this morning. A review of surveillance footage confirmed they left the Bi State Building on foot travelling west bound towards Texas Boulevard. Both inmates were wearing street clothes when they escaped the facility.
