Texarkana Arkansas Police report two arrests in the investigation of the murder of Phillip Lee, 23. Jacquain Tyson, 22, and Keanu White, 23, were both arrested and charged with one count each of Capitol Murder.

Saturday, 02/08/2020, Jacquain Tyson, 22 yoa, turned himself in to police at the Bi State Justice Center. Tyson was charged with one count of Capitol Murder.
On Monday, 02/10/2020, Texarkana Police developed information that Keanu White, 23 yoa, may be hiding from police in Little Rock, AR. Working with Little Rock P.D., task force officers there were able to locate and take White into custody Monday evening. White will be brought back to Texarkana where he will be formally charged with Capitol Murder.
Det. Wayne Easley, Det. Jason Haak and Sgt. Paul Nall continue their investigation into the murder of Phillip Lee, 23 yoa, last Monday morning. More arrests may result from their investigation.
