Wow, Mac Royals really blew the judges away with his rendition of John Mayer’s “Gravity” on ‘The Voice’! All four chairs turned around, and even better, they got into a bidding war for him. While the other judges offered hoodies and jackets, Reba McEntire had something even better on her side: tater tots and nostalgia. Mac ultimately chose Reba to be his mentor because he had such sweet memories bonding with his late grandmother while watching her old sitcom. What a touching story, and we can’t wait to see what else Mac has in store for us!
