City of Texarkana Arkansas and the local Pastoral Alliance are working together to make Texarkana the best it can be, and promote racial harmony.
Mayor Allen Brown said, ” The last words of the Pledge of Allegiance are perhaps the most important words of commitment we can speak, With Liberty and Justice for ALL. The phrase means we aim to provide, and protect liberty and justice for all individuals regardless of gender, race, economic status, political ideology, or religious background. There will be a Prayer Vigil Wednesday evening starting at 7pm at the Downtown Post Office.
