The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has a murder case on their hands.
Here is a Press Release from TAPD:
On February 12th at approximately 10:00am responded to a homicide in the 800 block of Ash Street. The victim Pedro M. Triana Sr. was found deceased in his home. The incident is an on-going investigation.
