Texas Side City Council Meets This Evening

The Texarkana Texas City Council meets tonight at 6pm at City Hall.

They will recognized J.D. Phillips who is retiring from the city, with his latest stint being in charge of the Texarkana Water Utilities. The council will also have some rezoning issues and work on the site of the new Wadley Regional Medical Center.
