Country music legend Toby Keith will receive the Country Icon Award at the 2023 People’s Choice Country Awards recognizing him for his decades-long career as a groundbreaking musician and humanitarian. This will mark his first television appearance since being diagnosed with cancer in 2022.
Toby will be presented with the Country Icon Award by fellow Oklahoman Blake Shelton during the September 28th broadcast of The People’s Choice Country Awards on NBC.
