Travis Turner now faces formal charges in the murder of Jennifer Garrett, his bond set at $3 million on Friday, August 13th. Thursday, August 12th, Ms. Garrett was unresponsive when Texarkana Texas Police Department responded to a “welfare check.”
Twenty-nine-year-old Jennifer Garret was found unresponsive inside the home. Ms. Garret was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s boyfriend, twenty-seven-year-old Travis Turner has been was arrested for murder.
