City crews have closed a portion of West 40th Street in Texarkana Texas.
According to a Press Release from the city the section of road closed is at the railroad underpass. Crews are inspecting the underground draining system.
The closure is expected to last from 8 am to around 5pm today and tomorrow, January 11th, and 12th.
