Are You Getting SADD?

With all the rain and clouds and so little sunshine lately, I’m starting to get a little SADD. You know what I mean right? Seasonal Affective Disorder Depression. A fancy way of saying that when the sun does not shine much we tend to lose “our” sunshine attitude. We start feeling just as gloomy as the weather we are experiencing.

How about you? Are you feeling SADD lately? How do you combat the lack of sunshine? What do you do to try and cheer yourself up when the weather seems so depressing?

Do you take extra Vitamin D? Do you have one of those “Sun” lights that you can look at to trick your brain into thinking that you are seeing sunshine? Or do you just try and tough it out till the sun returns to shine on us again?
