Oklahoma is the laziest state in America! The Centers for Disease Control asked people whether they do any activities – like working out or walking – outside of their day job – and Oklahoma did the least movin’ around.
Wait! Before the rest of us get all uppity, most of the ArkLaTex didn’t break a sweat, either. According to the CDC Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama were among the laziest, too. In fact, the survey finds the most inactive people live in southern states. Colorado, Washington and Utah had the most active people.
